Business Analyst

Business Analyst

As a business analyst, you will be responsible for supporting senior consultants with delivering strategy engagements both on client and off client premises. Depending on your key strengths, you will be assigned to strategy engagements based on your background, and gradually grow into areas of your interest. We will work closely with you to unleash your key strengths and potentials in key industries and practice verticals.



  • Evaluate customer's business needs.
  • Collect client data and information through interviews, surveys, and reports
  • Conduct research on targeted market and prepare analysis reports
  • Engage with junior client resources during operational and tactical level assessments.
  • Perform analytical modeling; i.e. market segmentation, cost analysis, process analysis, etc
  • Support engagement team with key project deliverables and presentations
Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant

As a senior consultant you will be responsible for assisting in resolving various clients’ issues, create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance. You will use your business skills and expert judgment to provide objective advice and expertise to help clients to develop necessary specialized capabilities. Consultants typically own a work stream in our engagements.



  • Prepare business proposals.
  • Conduct interviews with client management to gain an understanding of the client’s business needs.
  • Liaise with the client resources on project management related requirements.
  • Structure and analyze the collected data and information to identify findings and develop recommendations.
  • Present deliverables to clients.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and generate market insights.
  • Contribute to improving consulting practices and operations within the firm.


As a principal, you will be working closely with Partners in developing businesses, sustaining client relationships, and managing our diverse team of consultants. You will be the primary focal point of contact for strategic business advice and a subject matter expert in an industry vertical.



  • Oversee clients’ assignments, both part time and full time, on larger projects and collaborating with clients’ senior executives; usually at Vice president or C-level.
  • Actively collaborate with key clients to generate new leads.
  • Affiliate with several key clients, with the responsibility to develop a market position.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership that shapes market perceptions and practices.
  • Be active in all aspects of recruiting, and may lead overall recruiting efforts.


As a Partner, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities in collaboration with the existing clients, as well as providing new business opportunities by attracting new clients. You define the culture in which both our clients and consultants benefit from. Your contribution to strategic business advisory shapes markets for our clients. Our Partners branch out to new service offerings and market verticals and establish the foundation of our sustainable consulting practice.
